Another terrible football tragedy.
Why aren't we sharing the learning of our past?
I've been watching our Match of the Day DVD box set. Amazing to see fans regularly rushing onto the pitch.
It took disasters to effect the necessary cultural and behavioural changes.
But now we know.
We know the dangers and we know how to fix it.
So how come we don't?

I still maintain there is nothing wrong with a joyously good natured pitch invasion (Everton have a decent tradition of this stretching all the way back to Eddie Kavanagh in 1966) but in the last 12 months things do seem to have gotten more sinister.
