Goodbye Iain Dowie.
After 49 games in charge, 20 wins, 21 losses and 8 draws, Dowie and Coventry City have
parted company. It is another chapter in his rather rocky journey through football management, having left QPR closely
pursued by a writ alleging he had lied to the chairman about his reasons for leaving, followed by only a very brief spell at Charlton Athletic before he was
sacked there.
Of course the Dowie/Coventry split is not the only high profile separation in the press today, as
these two start to slog it out in court.
Public pain is
not a pretty thing. Not at all.
I can't help thinking that Dowie's severance package won't be as lucrative though.

Isn't his record is better than Steve McLaren's? That's guarantees the only severance he'll get is bus far outta town....
Hi gina. Thanks for dropping by.
Lets hope he isn't wearing one of his awful tracksuits then otherwise they won't even let him on the bus.
Oh god...the track suit....a sort of grey and orange number.......not an attractive look on a ging-er.
Imagine if it was Megson or McLiesh or Moyes. Ginger, grey and orange just does not go at all. No wonder they sacked him
