And there's Newcastle who are sponsored by Northern Rock, soon to become British Rock. Which means Newcastle will be sporting the logo of a defunct organisation for the rest for the season.

Busy Times. Such a lot to keep up with. Coleman will make Cov a side to be feared. It'll take a little while....but it will happen

Iain Dowie is a lovely, lovely bloke. Insofar as personality and character go, outstanding. He has done something for me for a friend who is terminally ill - not everyone in football will go out of their way to show compassion. Great bloke.

Mrs Dowie: Hello and welcome. That is a great story about Iain Dowie (although I think you may be biased as you appear to be married to him!).
Seriously though, despite my mischief making, I do think he, like so many of his peers this season, has not been treated very fairly or given a chance. Turning things around takes time, especially if you do it properly in a sustainable way. I can't help thinking that if Fergie was starting out now he probably wouldn't last long because there would not be the patience. But just look what can be achieved if you show a bit of faith and stick with a manager.
