Every Silver Lining Has A Cloud

It's a shameful thing to admit, but I haven't been to a Leicester match yet this season.

The good news, though, is that I have just purchased my tickets for Saturday's match against Swindon (away).

When I rang to order the tickets I was delighted to learn that they only cost fifteen pounds each.

"Bargain", I thought. "There are some advantages to being in League 1".

My pleasure was short lived, however, when the woman who sold me the tickets added "They're not under cover".

I'm not put off going by this of course. I am a proper football fan after all.

But I can't help hoping that there will be a good supply of hot chocolate and pies to keep me warm as I watch the Foxes stuff the home team.

£15 a bargain?
Wait until after you see the crap Swindon will dish up you will want a refund at the end of the game.
The man in charge is a plonker with no C/V at all except he played 50+ games for Scotland as a defender and we now have one of the worst defensive records in the league.
As I stated before Georgie bring your calculator.

Isn't that what lovers are for?

Yes Georgie I will be there as
1. I have a season ticket
and
2. I am a masochist.
As regards the pies I do not know as I have a loving wife that endures I eat a hearty meal before each match. Something like the condemmened man eating a hearty breakfast.
Just announced on our local radio that it seems like our manager will be sacked today. If that is true and I see you at the game I will buy you a pie that will be so big that even Desperate Dan would not be able to finish it
