I Want A P

I've been using some 'P' words around the house recently.

Much to My Lover's disgust.

"It's far to early to be talking about Playoffs or Promotion", he said.

I'm sure he would say it is for my own good.

That the higher I raise my asPirations and exPectations, the harder they will come crashing down.

I guess he speaks from years of exPerience.

But it's hard to completely ignore the Possibilty when others are whisPering about it too.

So I will try to retain some objectivity and manage my excitement as we triumph in the Playoffs.

I'll have a 'P' please Bob.
