Standing up and speaking in front of the press is not an easy thing to do.

In fact some miss out the speaking bit all together.

Others are just made for the part of course.

Anyone with any sense in that situation will prepare.

And I'm delighted to reveal I have managed to get hold of some top secret documentation which provides a little insight into the preparation.

For one manager at least.
